On your own device, in your browser: your resumes, job descriptions, briefings, practice answers, feedback and interview tracker. We don't keep a copy on our servers. Our server keeps your login, usage counts and scores (like how many briefings you've done), any feedback you send us, and short error reports, never the text of your resume, job descriptions or answers. The full list is on our Privacy page.
Your original file (PDF or Word) is read on your device and never uploaded. To create a briefing or feedback, only the text needed for that step is sent to our AI provider, with your name, email, phone, address and profile links automatically removed first. This removal is best effort and can miss an unusual layout, so check your resume text before you start. The result comes straight back to your device, and our server doesn't save it.
No. We use OpenAI's API, and OpenAI says data sent through its API isn't used to train its models unless the customer opts in. We haven't. Like all API customers, OpenAI may keep requests in its abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days (longer only if the law requires it). We also ask OpenAI not to store the responses.
AI models from OpenAI, called through our own secure server. Company research also uses OpenAI's web search to find recent public news about the company. We sometimes switch between OpenAI models for better quality or speed.
Go to My Sessions and click Back up. That saves a backup file to your computer; keep it somewhere safe and private. Back up every so often, because we can't recover lost sessions for you.
Everything lives in your browser, so a new device, a different browser or clearing browser data starts you fresh. To bring your sessions back, open My Sessions, click Restore a backup, and choose your backup file.
Yes, you can sign in anywhere, but sessions don't sync on their own. To move them, click Back up on the first device, then Restore a backup on the second.
Yes, to keep things fast and fair: up to 10 IQ Briefings, 60 answer feedbacks and 5 company research runs a day. Limits reset within 24 hours. Each account can also use up to 20 IQ Briefings, 200 answer feedbacks and 10 company research runs in any 30 days. If you research the same company again within 7 days, we reuse that research instead of searching again.
$12 per month, plus any sales tax. Cancel anytime. Payments are handled securely by Stripe; your card number never touches our servers.
Not yet. For now the paid plan is for customers who live in the United States and have a US billing address. The free trial is open to everyone, wherever you are.
Yes. Every new account gets 7 days free from the day you sign up, and no card is needed to start. The free trial includes 2 IQ Briefings, 20 answer feedbacks and 2 company research runs. Accounts created before launch, including beta testers, get the same 7-day trial counted from launch day.
You can still open, view and download (back up) everything you saved. New IQ Briefings, practice questions and answer feedback need the $12/month plan.
Go to My Sessions > Manage subscription and cancel in a few clicks. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for and won't be charged again. Payments are non-refundable: we don't give refunds for partial months or unused time (see our Terms).
Your sessions: delete any one from My Sessions, or everything at once under Privacy & data options. It's gone right away, since it only lived on your device. Your account: use Close my account in the same place. That removes your login, usage counts, feedback and error reports from our servers right away, and cancels any subscription.
We hope it helps! But it's a practice aid, not a guarantee. AI feedback is guidance and can sometimes be wrong, so check every detail (company facts, numbers, names) before you use it in a real interview.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly bot check, to keep out automated sign-ups. Most people pass without doing anything. It doesn't show ads or track you across sites.
