About BrightseatIQ

BrightseatIQ is a private AI interview coach. It reads your resume and the real job, tells you what the role needs, and lets you practice the questions you're likely to get, with honest feedback.

Who it's for

People preparing for a job interview, especially when the interview is close, and the career centers, universities and clubs that support them. It's built for job seekers, not for employers screening candidates.

What we believe

Your resume gets you in the room. Then you have to back it up. So the questions come from your own experience and the job, not a generic list.
Practice in your own words. Honest scoring and a nudge to improve your answer yourself first. BrightseatIQ is for practice before an interview, never for live answers during one.
Your resume stays with you. Sessions are saved only in your browser, and we don't keep a copy. How we handle your data
